He is located in the Bestial Sanctum – the northernmost part of Caelid. You can find a teleporter near the Third Church of Marika in Limgrave.
What does it mean with the message “Beast Eye Quivers?”
The message “Beast Eye Quivers” appears at the bottom of the screen when your character is close to a nearby boss who drops a deathroot item when defeated. These bosses are optional, and they are the enemies that Gurranq wants to defeat because of the items they drop after being beaten.
How do you beat Tibia Mariner?
Tibia Mariners are optional ghost enemies that ride a magical boat. They can be seen in swamps across the Lands Between. They are very slow and focus on summons when attacking. Sometimes it attacks by lifting its boat and smashing you through it; you just need to dodge and then continue making enough damage until its HP drops. Tibia Mariners also disappear and can be found in a different location within the place.
The good news is that Tibia Mariners are pretty easy to defeat, and you can also run away if your character’s HP is low.
